  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorized, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the proof of purchase and any other required documents.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
